  • Conducting vulnerability/prioritisation need assessment to the households eligible for recruitment, home visits and sensitization of the community on the objectives of the project.

  • Conducting school visits to assess retention, performance and finding solutions for the challenges affecting school going Orphan and vulnerable children (OVCs).
  • Assess and Supply both agricultural and non-agricultural start up kits to the needy CALHIV households.
  • Conducting HIV Testing and counseling to Orphans and vulnerable children by engaging service providers and doing follow up where necessary.
  • Facilitate establishment and monitor the Village Savings and Loans Associations(VSLA) for the OVC households.
  • Participating by providing technical support, developing work plans, drawing budgets for planned activities to the Organization.
  • Coordinating the implementation of Orphans and vulnerable / people living with HIV/AIDS care, support activities within the assigned project site and community mobilization.
  • Lead organization in the project site and representing on training forums.
  • Within the period, I successfully assisted beneficiaries in overcoming challenges related to medical issues for children infected with HIV, behavioral problems for adolescents, education, psychosocial, prevention and response to Sexual Violence against Children, extreme poverty through economic empowerment and other social protection activities.
