As a Process Engineer and Metallurgist, I was responsible for analyzing and improving the metallurgical performance of the plant and identifying and implementing improvement projects with a zero harm mindset
Plant audit to maximize plant throughput, increase metal recoveries, minimize operating costs and identify potential weaknesses and strengths of the plant
Ensured adherence to the specified process parameters within the respective sections and provide effective trouble shooting in case of deviations
Coordinated and coached operations and maintenance personnel in order to maximize plant utilization and availability
