I am an experienced curriculum development professional, currently pursuing a PhD in Management and Organizational Sciences at the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Science, focusing on "Community Support and Socioeconomic Impact of Cultural Sustainable Tourism Development in Developing Countries." I hold a Master of Science in Project Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from Moi University, Kenya. With over a decade of experience in leading community development initiatives, I have successfully founded AscentChange International, a platform dedicated to empowering youth and marginalized communities through education, entrepreneurship, and sustainable employment opportunities. I have led various international projects, mentored entrepreneurs, and contributed to higher education initiatives across Africa and beyond. My work aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in fostering inclusive and equitable societies. I am passionate about creating tangible, sustainable solutions that drive socioeconomic progress, and I strive to inspire positive change through collaboration, leadership, and innovative thinking.
