"We used Rick's services twice. He was a tremendous asset throughout buying and selling of the same house. After we bought the house (we were closed), a situation arose that involved the return of certain fees that the were supposedly paid to the HOA before we bought the house. Since we were the current owners, the HOA defaulted to refunding us. I assumed it was one of those "you buy the house, you get what comes with it"... The previous owners stepped in a claimed they should get the refund. In steps Rick. He figured it out (the previous owner's never paid) so we were able to track it back to a sales contract line item. We had no idea, if Rick hadn't stepped in, the seller's would have got money they weren't owed.

That's why we used him to sell the same house 4ish years later (moved out of state). Again, his service was impeccable:-)"
