"Richard is one of the most passionate and hardworking individuals I've had the pleasure to not only call a colleague, but a friend as well. In my first interaction with him, he trained me on my specific duties during the first day at a job site, going into detail about the orientation of tasks, order of operations, and allowing space for me to ask questions.
