  • 1.Requlatory compliance;
  • Ensuring timely renewal of all standardization marks of quality.
  • Keep up with changes in KEBS/world food standards as well as important and export standards affecting our organization.

  • 2.Systems set-up.
  • Align the Quality Assurance system to the overall quality management system ISO 9001:2015
  • Complete the setup of the research and development management system.
  • Complete the set up and full implemention of the quality Assurance System.
  • 3.Equiping the laboratory;
  • To follow and complete acquisition of all the laboratory requirements of chemicals, glassware and equipment according to the quality plan.
  • To organize a system to monitor chemicals and glassware stock to a minimum recordser level.
  • 4.increase productivity and Efficiency for all chemists.
  • To make rotation so that each chemist is able to handle quality Assurance work in all sections.
  • 5.Achieving company strategic sales volume;
  • Conducting proper RCA investigations into market and warehouse returns and customer complaits
  • Avoid sending non-conforming packaging and raw materials to production according to sampling plan,QP,WI and specifications.
  • Zero non-conformity due to Quality Assurance oversights.
  • 6. New product realization
  • Ensuring through research and development is done during produxt realization to ensuring that the product is of high quality and consistent with company policies and objectives.
  • Ensure any product realization is complying with statutory and regulatory requirements,records done verified and documented.
  • 7. Safety and Hygiene culture.
  • Ensuring food safety and Hygiene culture is implemented according to ISO 22000:2018
