Worked in designated multiple locations to onboard and release our customers. ⚫ Customer Service. ➢ Demonstrated and displayed the Watu Brand Standards. ➢ Presented, and sold our Watu partners’ products/services to new customers, by maintaining positive business relationships with our Teams, Partners, and customers to ensure future sales and a good customer experience. ➢ Expedited the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. ⚫ Operational ➢ Action any other administrative and operational related tasks as assigned by the Retail Manager. ⚫ Acted as a one-stop shop for multiple business roles and activities, overseeing customer service, loan origination, marketing, and operations. ⚫ Responsible for collecting data from various boda stages on a monthly basis, which is used for critical company decision-making. ⚫ Project Refresh (May 2023): ➢ Selected to pilot a project aimed at achieving economies of scale by streamlining roles. ➢ The project resulted in over 700 positions being declared redundant, with a few employees, including myself, transitioning to new roles like Retail Officer. ➢ As a Retail Officer, I handle functions previously managed by different departments, ensuring efficiency and enhanced performance across retail offices. ⚫ Commercial Pilot Project (August 2024): ➢ Part of a 7-member team piloting a two-week project in Nairobi aimed at collecting customer data and tracking customer flow. ➢ The project, currently under review, will inform key business decisions regarding branch operations and profitability.
