Ray Brackens

"Having employed Ray as a phone banker on a previous campaign, I could tell he was a hard worker, knowledgeable, and dedicated just based on how he spoke to voters on the phone. Having needed to replace a Field Organizer on a separate campaign later that year, he came to mind.
Ray adjusted to the role quick, hit his metrics, interfaced with volunteers and canvassers with professionalism, and always wanted to learn more whenever he could. Not only was Ray easy to direct as his manager, he often times would offer up ideas and advice on how to improve our program, which to me showed initiative and creative problem solving.
