"I had the opportunity to work with Raffi in 2010 in Miami at Car Centurion Management, a luxury concierge company whose core business at the time was providing high-end vehicle rental services to a demanding, international clientele.

I was then a business school student completing a four-month internship, with the challenge of proving my ability to negotiate, sell, and build business value in a foreign country, culture, and language. Raffi played a central role in that experience.

As the company’s lead sales professional, he took me under his wing and taught me the fundamentals of sales, customer service, and the day-to-day management of a revenue-generating business unit. Once I had mastered these basics, I was able to assist him in the design and deployment of a commercial strategy based on building a broker network with luxury hotel concierges — a highly effective go-to-market approach for this type of premium clientele.
