  • Provide Quality Improvement support in the form of updating the Audit tool for Children and Adolescent living with HIV (0-19 Years) who are in care to track whether they have got all the necessary services both within the facility and the community on a daily basis depending on their visits.
  • Managing the PMTCT Audit tool for lactating and pregnant mothers to monitor whether children have got PCR drugs and NVP in order to achieve the prevention of mother to child transmission of HIV/AIDS.
  • Responsible for identifying children’s appointment date prior to their visit date and coordinates with the rest of the team to ensure that they come to the facility for refill any other services that they are eligible for.
  • Ensures that all the missed appointments for children are printed out for follow up by the community linkage facilitators and the young adolescent peers(YAPS).
  • Respond to any data call at any time of need by the supervisors and the team as well.
  • Compiling weekly, monthly and quarterly report and feed in the National Quality Improvement Dashboard.
  • Ensuring that all the children and adolescent are screened for OVC and those eligible are enrolled and then updated in the system.
  • Organizing performance review meeting or learning sessions with the team and guiding them in the identification of gaps and areas of improvement.
  • Ensuring that Uganda EMR is also updated with the same information as in the Audit tool
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors
  • Organizes learning sessions and prepares teams to present their improvement work with PowerPoint presentations and storyboards.
  • Maintains communication with teams via emails, calls, WhatsApp platforms.
  • Spreads best practices and communicates lessons learned to other teams.
