Responsible for onboarding, maintenance, and integration of all trade vendors through the Ariba portal to SAP ECC in line with company procedures and policies
Manage a third-party relationship and service level agreement and assist in compliance, high-risk sanction and fronting risk
Playing an active role in assisting with the resolution processes of any risk findings from the vetting activities, administration and coordination with a supplier monitoring committee
Maintaining an objective based risk assessments risk profile for vendor management to identify and mitigate appropriate supply risks
Continuous review and updates of the vendor management, process documents and training materials
Manage the third-party relationship in ensuring that BBBEE certificates and Sworn Affidavits are efficiently managed and recorded in Ariba to maximize procurement scores against both Mining Charter and DTI Codes of Good Practice BBBEE scorecard.
