Work experience

o Giving oversight to Church operations, including finance and Accounting, Human resources, Administration, and Resource Mobilization for the Church 8 Campuses.
o Overseeing preparing monthly financial reports to different stakeholders, including Senior Management, Elders court, Finance committee, and the External Auditors.
o Participating in all Operations Committees dealing with different church matters; Finance committee, Hr committee, Fund Raising Committee, Project Delivery Committee, the Executive Board committee, and the Pastoral board.
o Giving oversight to all Church development projects for all the campuses.
o Leading in preparation of the annual budget and forecasts and managing costs within the approved budgets
o Ensuring the church remains compliant with all statutory requirements.
o Oversight of all inventory and fixed assets management.
o Payroll management.
o Review existing financial policies and procedures and internal controls and suggest improvements and oversee the implementation of all operations policies.
o Review of the financial statements for audit purposes
o Overseeing bank and cash management.
o Perform financial analysis and cash flow projection
o Manage procurement processes.
o Monitor and guide the expenditure and financial performance of the Church based on budgets and available cash flow.
o Supervise a team of nine and mentor my juniors in areas of performance, career, and spiritual growth.
