Patrick Fenelon

"Patrick was a student in a CNA course held at the Jamaica Plain Adult Education Program from Oct. 2023 to Jan. 2024, and again in June 2024. I was the Clinical Skills Instructor.
Patrick was very reliable, smart and worked hard during the classroom portion of the class. He participated in clinical work at Rogerson House, an assisted living facility, during the winter. In June 2024, he participated in 24 hours of clinical work at a Skilled Nursing Facility under my supervision.
During these clinical periods I found him to be excellent when working with the residents, all of whom were elderly or disabled. Many of the residents also had dementia. He was patient, communicated well with them, and performed his tasks proficiently.
During all of this time, Patrick was working as well as going to school. He took on extra tasks when needed and had initiative.
I recommend Patrick for any position or additional schooling he would like to take on.
