Pastor Sims is an exceptional musician, artist and creative writer and director. I was privileged to work with him on the dramatic productions he... wrote and directed for Victory Christian Center School. Because of his impeccable work ethic, he often contributed as many hours off the clock as he did during work hours. He was constantly writing age-appropriate lyrics, dramatic scripts and narratives for our school's live presentations. I was amazed at how quickly he identified and cultivated students' talents. His great sense of humor and eagerness to help them excel made him a joy to work with. Although his productions were Bible based, they weren't religious but relatable and relevant. Students not only enjoyed being in Pastor Sims' classes and musical productions, faculty enjoyed working with him too and learned a lot. more
