Conduct training on the polling, counting and tallying process for the clerks.

* Accountable for accuracy of the stocks of raw material, finished products and consumables and ensure that adequate physical stock controls/access controls are implemented in the stores.
*Comply with regulatory stores and material handling requirements.
* Maintain ideal and re-order stock levels for all stock items.
*Conduct regular operations reviews in the stores to ensure stores & material handling equipment optimization and adherence to safe work practices.
*Ensure accurate and timely transfer of stock/PPEs/Spares requisitions to user departments while enforcing the FIFO,LIFO practice.
* IN charge of the entire workshop handing over and taking over daily from security
* Managing site staff attendance and confirming attendance reports to the payroll department
* Casual wages preparation, approval and payments
