I am a public health professional with experience in research, systems strengthening both at health facility and community levels monitoring the nexus between health systems and climate change. I have most recently supported Monitoring, Evaluation and learning in an integrated HIV/Reproductive health, Nutrition, Water and Sanitation and Gender Based Violence project funded by USAID. I have experience in developing project’s monitoring and evaluation plans, project work plans, tracking of project performance monitoring plans (PMP),coordination of monitoring evaluation and learning activities, implementation of the USAID’s collaboration, learning and adaptation. I leverage sound judgement and analytical skills to make effective decisions, identify and resolve arising challenges in the work environment. A self-motivated person, with exceptional planning, organizing, communication and management skills. I have skills in business development through grant/proposal writing with experience in developing logical/monitoring and evaluation frameworks and theory of change for grants. I utilize outstanding interpersonal and public relations skills to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders; focusing on enhancing collaboration, information sharing and formation of strategic partnerships for the good of the organization. I have a strong work ethic and am the ideal candidate for positions requiring high levels of initiative, creativity and determination.
