  • Project officer; Windle International Uganda.
  • Adolescent Girls’ Education in Crisis Initiative (AGENCI)- Uganda, West Nile. A project funded by Global Affairs Canada-GAC and being implemented in consortium of World University Service of Canada, Aga Khan Foundation and Windle International Uganda.
  • The Project officer leads in the development and implementation of the project's plans and coordinate systems to effectively realised the planned inputs, outputs, outcomes, and impact of the project.
  • Achievements:
  • Developed and ensured adherence to the Project Implementation Plan(PIP), and the Performance Monitoring Framework (PMF).
  • Managed and coordinated all overall project activities with partner organizations.
  • Develop program advocacy for support for adolescent girls and female youth and women geared toward influencing policy design, practices at all structures for sustainable development.
  • Identified and developed Annual work plans and SMART indicators (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound) for the project
  • Re-designed the project theory of change, that is, how the stated activities are likely to contribute to a chain of results that lead to the intended or observed impacts.
  • Trained 430 project technical staff in planning, implementation, Monitoring, Evaluation, research and learning.
  • Organized and coordinated community based dialogues at community level to discuss on engaging stakeholders and parents on supporting marginalized individuals including girls, women and persons ith disabilities/impairments.
  • Provided technical support to national and international organisations working for refugee and host communities in Uganda.
  • Arranged and facilitated district level quarterly review meetings on project implementation progress with partner organisations, beneficiaries, political and technical wings.
  • Shared quarterly progress reports with stakeholders to ease documentation for programming, policy advocacy and engagement of stakeholders at sub county and district level.
