About

I am a mathematics teacher with over 11 years of experience in delivering comprehensive instruction in mathematics and statistics for various international curricula, including IGCSE, A-Levels, and Further Mathematics. I have a Bachelor of Education from the University of Nairobi and certifications from Cambridge International Examination and Google, which demonstrate my proficiency and expertise in curriculum design, lesson planning, assessment, and technology integration. In my most recent role as the Mathematics Department Head at Braeburn International School, I led and supported various extracurricular activities that enhanced the students' learning and development, such as the World Scholars Cup and the Duke of Edinburgh International Award. I organized and prepared the students for these globally recognized competitions and programs that foster motivation, excitement, and enrichment. I am committed to safeguarding and child protection, and I create a secure and nurturing environment for every student. I value collaboration, communication, innovation, and feedback, and I work with my team to inspire and empower the students to become well-rounded individuals who excel in mathematics and life.
