"I had the opportunity to be a student in his department, and what stood out to me was the way he combined professionalism with genuine accessibility. He was knowledgeable in his field, but more importantly, he had a way of breaking down complex academic concepts without making students feel intimidated for asking questions.

He was also very deliberate about maintaining high academic standards. As a HOD, he handled departmental responsibilities with maturity and fairness, while remaining approachable when students needed guidance. I particularly appreciated his ability to listen to students, communicate clearly, and provide practical direction rather than simply giving instructions.
