Experience

We invite seasoned trainers, subject-matter experts, and experienced industry professionals to express interest in facilitating select modules for a high-impact training initiative designed to empower young graduates with practical, market-relevant skills that prepare them for the world of work, entrepreneurship, and digital innovation.
We seek highly competent facilitators who can deliver... engaging, learner-centered sessions across a range of career development, business, digital, workplace, and ethical technology themes.



General Requirements for All Facilitators
Applicants must:
Hold a relevant degree (Bachelor’s minimum; Master’s preferred)
Possess at least 3 years of experience facilitating adult or youth learning programmes
Demonstrate a track record of high-impact delivery, supported by participant feedback or project reports
Show evidence of expertise in one or more thematic areas (see next section)
Be available for five consecutive weekends during the training period
Be comfortable using standard digital tools (e.g., MS Office, virtual collaboration platforms)
Submit a complete application with all required attachments (see below)

Capstone Facilitation



Application Requirements
Interested applicants MUST submit the following:
Cover Letter indicating modules of interest and availability
Updated CV highlighting facilitation and/or industry experience
Two sample training materials (e.g., session plan, slide deck, workbook excerpt) from similar past engagements
Two references (professional or institutional)
Any evidence of training impact (e.g., learner evaluations, success stories, programme reports)


Shortlisted facilitators will be invited for a brief virtual interaction and will be required to sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving facilitator guidelines and detailed session briefs.
