Work experience

 Liaise with health facilities to monitor and supervise the work of linkage and referral assistants as well as community health workers to provide linkage and referral services at community level
 Monitor the implementation of linkage and referral process for OVCs and adults from health facility to community as well as from community to health facility.
 Liaise with the sub county community development officer to identify households that are vulnerable and enrol her children on program.
 Monitoring and coaching as well as supervising Para-social workers.
 Investigate and follow up children’s and human right violation up to conclusion
 Conduct joint monthly site level meetings between health facilities and community health workers and linkage and referral supervisor
 Data collection from targeted communities and institutions
 Making follow ups to households for support towards making communities open defecation free (ODF)
 Promotion of WASH at school level and the communities around the school.
 Filing records and other documents in regard to the project office
 Community sensitization on sanitation and hygiene
 Formation of water user committees and VSLA groups
