"It is time to begin investment. At least to start with gameworks. The building is a good refurb, we have to start on Regal where the Nationwide building is. We have to have somebody look at whether Nationwide building is a good refurb. If not we need to have that building re- done immediately. We are losing revenue fast. At least while every sewer system is completed. This will take at least 40 years to make sure the whole city has sewer systems. We have to have East Broad shut down from the street from Hamilton road to 270. The houses have to be closed: everybody over there would have to be moved into apartments for a few years so we can save the land."
