  • Ensure that assigned deliverables are accurate, complete and compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements as well as relevant organizational policies
  • ● Continuously follow up on feedback from key stakeholders on the effectiveness of the team using appropriate channels including project evaluations, satisfaction surveys among others,
  • ● Keep up to date with regulation and best practices relating to disciplinary/grievance handling action and update the policy accordingly where appropriate
  • ● Provide relevant support to employees raising issues relating to professional conduct using approved channels and advise managers and employees on the application of the
  • disciplinary/grievance handling

  • ● Escalate any disciplinary/grievance handling cases that require further attention and input from senior level and or the legal team
  • ● Facilitate formal stages of the disciplinary/grievance handling procedure and be in attendance at relevant disciplinary/grievance handling and appeal hearings based on complexity and impact.
  • ● Maintain accurate and clear documentation of all disciplinary/grievance handling processes to ensure
  • compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • ● Carry out key employee relations/grievance handling responsibilities within agreed SLAs and quality levels
  • ● Contribute to the development and implementation of the Employee Relations work schedules to ensure
  • that all assigned tasks are completed within defined SLAs
  • ● Document and collate hiring information and share with the payroll and shared services work streams for employee set up and data management respectively within agreed timelines Continuous Improvement
  • ● Support the implementation of approved continuous improvement initiatives including research on best
  • practice and drafting of key documentation and processes
