I previously have had the privilege of working with an award winning world class rated airline for nine years. I worked with a diverse multinational team and provided world class customer service to clients of different backgrounds and nationalities. My last role at DAC Aviation as a Cabin Crew, Safety and Emergency Procedures Instructor/Check Cabin Crew, is to ensure quality and standards are met and maintained at all times by all team members. Provide our clients with a standard of excellence in service, safety and security. Creating opportunities to provide a high level of individual attention to clients. Attending and facilitating pre/post-flight briefings. Ensuring standards of excellence are met and observed by all team members. Ensuring highest standards in safety and security checks and serviceability of equipment status reported to In-Command. Ensure service sequence according to client specification. Checking on performance of caterers and service providers and reporting back to management. Lead and mentor junior crew members.
