Work experience
  • October, 2023 - January, 2024
  • Fulltime
  • I screened children aged below three years from selected households to collect anthropometric measurements such as weight, height/length, mid-upper arm circumference (MUAC), and check for bilateral pitting edema. I also gather information on the child's age and sex, confirming age using birth certificates or responses from mothers/caregivers.

For children below 2 years, I measure length using a length/height board. I measure weight using appropriate scales, and calibrating .
  • Data Collection
  • I collected data offline in remote areas using ODK Collect on tablets. The data is captured by tablets using Open Data Kit (ODK) software, allowing for ease of data collection in areas without internet access. I ensured the data is of high quality by improving your skills, precision, and confidence as you move from one district to another.
