I am the construction project manager, I have managed basic infrastructure projects in urban areas so far, I have completed 10.03km under RUDP Phase 3 in Rubavu City at an estimated cost of 12billion , Complex project related to underground sewer in box culverts with above ground asphalt road on 1.1km at an estimated cost of 3.046billion, 6.37km asphalt road (with complex gulley rehabilitated under this contract, complex exit drains- RUDP Phase 2 asphalt roads in Huye District ) construction project management of around 5.4 Billion contracts amount, while completed another of 5.582 km in Huye urban area amounting 2.9 Billions. I have successfully verified and approved several studies related to Rwanda Urban Development Project Phase 2 and 3 and I am verifying a study of 40km chip seal roads and 13km asphalt roads detailed study among which 11.km of asphalt roads were constructed while 6.37km chip seal roads were completed. Knowledge in Project and Contract Management, experience in working with The World Bank and KfW, NL, BADEA, OFID, SFD, and GoR, EXIM Bank of China funded projects & procurement systems. My aim is to achieve any given project within allocated time under budget with strict adherence to the highest standards in application. With academic and professional experience attained so far, I am well equipped and capable to offer quality service to the stakeholders.

  • Senior Civil Engineer  at   LODA
  • Propose the effective planning and coordination of WB funded projects and programs implemented by LODA
  • Acting as the main technical advisor for construction of infrastructure funded by the World bank namely the construction of cross border markets and urban infrastructure development in 6 Secondary cities
  • Liaise with the District, local stakeholders, the contractors, and LODA
  • Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
  • Ensure the infrastructure under construction are in full conformity with the WB and GoR agreement and timely implemented

  • Prepare periodical and situational progress reports on projects
  • Ensure project activities are carried out in adherence to sound social and environmental safeguards as described in the ESMF.
