  • I have organized and managed several events, such as the Learning Festival, where I coordinated activities, managed logistics, and ensured smooth execution. I worked with multiple stakeholders, followed specific budgets, and sourced resources for the events. I also led a Christmas event and kids' camps, overseeing decorations, activities, and logistics, ensuring that everything was well-planned and executed.
  • Workshops and Educational Activities
  • I facilitated workshops for local schools, focusing on topics like sustainability and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). I have also organized English conversational clubs to come together with local people to practice our english on different topics. Additionally, I hosted local high school students at VitaTiim, creating educational and fun activities, fostering curiosity about sustainability.
  • Cultural Exchange and Awareness
  • I organized and participated in cultural exchange events, where I introduced Turkish culture, food, and traditions.
  • Youth Engagement and Leadership
  • I led a Youth Exchange program focusing on sustainability in media, where I helped create a digital project and filmed interviews with youth from different countries. In another Youth Exchange, I led a performance combining acting and dancing, allowing participants to express themselves creatively and explore the concept of authenticity.
  • Digital and Technical Skills
  • I have gained valuable technical skills, such as podcast creation and audio setup, especially during the Learning Festival. I also used digital platforms to promote events and create engaging content, enhancing my understanding of digital technologies and media. I also supported judging projects during a hackathon, where I evaluated young participants' tech-based solutions.
  • Community Engagement and Volunteering
  • Volunteering at VitaTiim, I was actively involved in event planning and community outreach activities, such as working with interns from the Czech Republic and helping local schools understand sustainability concepts. I also provided guidance and mentorship to others, helping with tasks ranging from event registration to social media management.
