  • Also participating in the company both internal and external auditing as per the ISO 15189, according to the laboratory quality standards for the company stores.

Work experience
  • Interpret, implement, maintain and improve quality assurance standards and overall Quality Management System (QMS) by identifying the deviations from the system and take appropriate corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Ensure that the data generated from the Laboratory is properly collected, complied and analyzed to identify areas of improvement as regards to the QMS.
  • Support health facilities to effectively manage laboratory supplies forecast, quantify, order and report for supplies from the stores.
  • Perform laboratory procedures including sample collection, reception, processing, and testing (analysis) in accordance with approved standard operating procedures.
  • Establish Quality Management System (QMS) in the outpost health centers by planning, developing and execution of internal programs for cooperation with pilot labs.
  • Evaluate collected laboratory data and prepare reports assessing accuracy, completeness, timeliness, progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations
  • Perform Biosafety and Biosecurity procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct and document Internal Quality controls (IQC) and participate in external quality assessment activities on timely and frequently as per requirement needs.
  • Participate in program planning and performance review meetings.
  • Participate in development and dissemination of new policies, guidelines and SOPs through modifications, verification and validation of methods and laboratory coordination.
  • Participate in training, support supervision and mentorship of Laboratory personnel’s and formulate plans for capacity building and also do competence testing programs for other lab personnel and do lab audits where recommended.
  • Reporting on the tests carried out at the outpost site on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
