"Natalie is an incredibly strong leader, who ensures the best care for not only her patients, but the fellow staff members that she works with. She is genuine in her approach, valuing not only the humanity in her patients, but the stories and context that her patients come from. Staff and patients alike cannot wait for her to come on to shift. Patient know that they will be valued, respected and listened to. Staff know that they have an incredibly strong support, who is there not only to empower them and their decisions, but also to support them in difficult situations that can be incredibly complicated. If I could choose to work with Natalie every shift, every day, I would. I am so honored and blessed to have been able to work with a nurse like Natalie. She is not only an amazing, strong, person-centered nurse, but a humble, patient, kind person, and a point of hope and encouragement for everyone she meets.
