  • Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO and the company at large
  • Managing the calendar of the CEO, making appointments and handling notification of events and activities, ensuring that the CEO is well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature determining an appropriate course of action
  • Act as liaison between the CEO’s office and the senior management team demonstrating leadership, tact, diplomacy and discretion in written and verbal communications.
  • Produce high-level communications ranging from highly confidential matters to policies and procedures on behalf of the CEO, with Board members, staff and others
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information, financial documents, records and personal matters
  • Organize and coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings including distribution of notices to relevant parties as required
  • Handle travel arrangements, assisting with itinerary planning, flight and accommodation reservations for CEO, the Board and staff.
  • Schedule, organize and attend meetings and events, take minutes and assist in following up the action points.
  • Screen and route guests and incoming calls, respond to inquiries and requests, sort mail and faxes, typing acknowledgement letters and general correspondence and reports for presentation and communication; and do follow-up on open items as required
  • Maintain effective filling and documentation of all correspondences, documents, reports and all company contracts, agreements and licenses keeping track of their due dates, and renewing them when due
  • Implement processes and procedures that increase operational efficiency
