My name is Nakola Richard, a Ugandan Research and Development Professional with extensive experience in research, field data collection, project implementation, community engagement, monitoring and evaluation, data management, financial services, and field team supervision.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with organizations including Busara, EDI Global, IPSOS Uganda, CARE International, Evidence Action Uganda, Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), The Uhuru Institute for Social Development, StrongMinds Uganda, and APATA Insights, among others. I have contributed to projects in health, agriculture, social development, financial inclusion, market systems, cooperative development, and community-based research.
I am currently seeking any job opportunity that aligns with my professional background, particularly positions in Research, Project Management, Field Operations, Monitoring and Evaluation, Community Development, Data Collection, Data Management, or Programme Implementation.
I bring strong experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative interviews, supervising field teams, engaging communities and stakeholders, ensuring data quality, preparing field reports, and using digital research tools such as SurveyCTO, Survey Solutions, ODK, KoboToolbox, STATA, and Microsoft Excel. I also have previous experience in financial services with Pride Microfinance and Centenary Bank.
