We are looking for a meticulous and self-driven individual to fill the role of Dispatch Supervisor in our warehouse.

Responsibilities
• Manage the customer ledger by documenting customer names and designating support staff to handle the removal of specific orders.
• Confirm the accuracy of item descriptions and quantities listed on the delivery note prior to the removal process.
• Oversee the picking of items by staff to ensure all items are appropriately labeled as per requirements.
• Conduct inspections of items during the removal phase to verify accuracy and ensure proper labeling.
• Supervise the loading of items onto transportation vehicles, ensuring that all items are correctly labeled and numbered.
• Maintain a high standard of organization within the warehouse and loading areas.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the picking or loading processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with company regulations at all times.
• Provide necessary training and support to staff as required to enhance their performance.
• Be prepared to manage inventory inquiries or responsibilities in the absence of the stock controller.


Requirements and skills
• Demonstrated expertise in dispatch operations, warehouse management, inventory control, or similar areas.
• Skilled in utilizing inventory management software or systems, such as ERP Tally or Dynamics.
• Possession of a degree/diploma in Inventory, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Ability to analyze and optimize inventory levels for improved efficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure

We are looking for a dedicated, meticulous, and self-driven Assistant Accountant. The candidate will assist in clearing a huge backlog of reconciled bank entries for several bank accounts using Tally ERP. This position is a full-time role based at our office.

The candidate's performance on this project will determine the decision regarding their transition to a full-time Junior Accountant... position, which will involve responsibilities associated with the receivables function.

Key Responsibilities:
 Data Entry and Reconciliation
- Post approximately 3,000 back-dated bank reconciled entries into Tally ERP.
- Reconcile all pending transactions for at least four bank accounts
 Accuracy and Compliance:
- Ensure all entries are accurately recorded and comply with financial regulations and company policies.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in the bank statements and the general ledger.
 Reporting:
- Provide daily progress reports to the CEO.
- Ensure the timely completion of the reconciliation project
 Transition to Junior Accountant:
- After the reconciliation project, take over responsibilities as a Junior Accountant.
- Manage the receivables function, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience with bank reconciliations and data entry in Tally ERP.
• Previous accounting experience, preferably in a similar industry, is a plus.
Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
Employment Details:
 Reporting to Senior Accountant
 Full time position
 Compensation: Ksh. 40,000 – 60,000 (Depending with experience)
