"I have known Dr. Nataliia Skrypnyk for a decade, during which time she held significant roles, such as heading the Biology Olympiad for school students at a national level and serving as my lecturer in Developmental Biology. Her leadership was evident in her capacity as the Vice Dean of the Institute of Biology and Medicine. Dr. Skrypnyk stands out as a formidable leader, showcasing not only exceptional professional skills but also admirable personal qualities.
I first met Dr. Skrypnyk during the most prestigious national Olympiad in Biology in Ukraine, which attracted around 400 students from grades 8-11 across the country, where she served as the head of the jury. I was captivated by how she successfully managed such a significant event. As a lecturer, Dr. Skrypnyk demonstrated an impressive ability to convey intricate scientific information in an easily understandable and compelling manner. Her dual role as a scientist and administrator was executed with excellence.
