Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has approved the Re-Purpose of the Make-Up Gas Project incidental to the Partial Risk Guarantee (PRG) provided by the World Bank to cover the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN)’s obligation on the “Take or Pay; gas supply associated with the executed Power Purchase Agreement (PPAs).
Currently, i am the Senior Regulatory Officer of the Project Management Office (PMO) which was established for the Monitoring and Evaluation of the Implementation and management of the MGRP transaction, regulation and compliance, provide required support to the Transaction Adviser and ensure compliance to all relevant existing Agreements along the value chain.
