"Mårten Spångberg was one of my best professors, if not the best. He taught me not only art, but also the art of living. His teachings, as complex as they were, were transmitted with a simplicity and through experiences that made them accessible to students. Intense attention, careful listening, and above all an openness were enough to enter these complex theories and practices.

Not only a choreographer, dancer, and artist, Mårten was also someone who taught me philosophy in a much deeper way than any philosophy professor ever did. Above all, he is a person of great humanity and remarkable human qualities. His professionalism, generosity, dedication, and openness have always been deeply inspiring.

Years later, in a very abstract way, I still carry and practice these teachings, as well as the passion for philosophy that he transmitted to me. I was very honored to have been one of the students of this great artist, Mårten Spångberg.
