By using Application provided by client getting all the documents like Deed &
MTG, Liens and Judgments and 1003 docs.
 After getting all the documents we will gather all the information regarding the owner
or property.
 We have to capture the information Names and property description and Address
 Finally keying the information as per the client required.
 Used to check Title Search Docs like Title commitment, Property search, Tax Cert,
 Clear to Close. Fee sheet, closing protection letter, Deed of trust.
 By using VA & FHA Files used to work on Nearest living Relative information,
HOI & HOA, Credit Scores, Fraud guard report and Flood Certificate,
Occupancy Types, VA Case Assignment Number, Initial HUD Form, 1003 doc and
Mortgage Statement, Payoff Document.
 Used to Scrub VA & FHA loans and Insert Underwriting Tracking items.
 Maintaining error reports on weekly basis
 Used to send clarification mails and interacting with clients for any updates
