"I have worked with Mitzi as her consultant for the Division of Child and Family Services. Mitzi is a foster parent working with the most challenging teen age girls. She is professional in her ability to work as a team member. Mitzi works with caseworkers, Guardian
Adliteums( lawyers representing the foster child), State Attorneys representing the Division of Child and Family Services, therapists, as well as the foster youth’s natural family. In all of her interactions with these members of the youth’s team I have found Mitzi to have excellent communication skills and work as a team member to help provide the youth with the best care for them. Mitzi not only accepts feedback well but asks for it so that she can be the best foster parent possible. I would recommend Mitzi for any position she is seeking."
