About position
We're looking for a Guest Blogging Outreach Manager to join our team and take our outreach efforts to a new level. If you enjoy establishing relationships with people all over the world and feel confident during business communication, this position is for you.
We are looking for a full-time expert to join our 100% remote team.
Responsibilities:
Nurture new and on-going relationships with collaborative partners
Checking platforms and SaaS blogs for the new guest blogging opportunity for our clients
Working with Ahrefs: domains checkup, traffic sources checkup, existing links checkup
Collaboration with in-house Guest Blogging Manager (you will get the information about clients, the platform requirements, topics for guest posts, and other important details)
Identification of powerful keywords to generate attractive guest post topic ideas
Managing tasks in Notion
Requirements:
Previous work experience as an outreach manager or similar
Experience working with Google G-Suite toolset, Slack, FB Messenger, Ahrefs/ SemRush
Ability to learn fast, quickly and accurately carry out tasks given, and then act independently based on the achieved knowledge
Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles, cold outreach techniques, guest blogging process
Follow up till they say “Yes” mindset

About position

We are looking for a full-time Content Marketing Manager to join our 100% remote team.

Responsibilities:

Design content marketing strategies and set long- and short-term goals
Communicate with the clients (video calls, correspondence) on a daily basis
Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
Collaborate with writing teams to produce high-quality content
... Collaborate with link-building and guest-blogging teams
Delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met
Edit, proofread and improve content
Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects and ensure their growth

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Assistance in handling collaboration processes with link builders & partners
• Business correspondence and email opportunities checkup
• Analysis of websites metrics and making approvals for suggested opportunities
• Checking up websites blogs in search for beneficial link insertions for our clients (copywriter skills)
• Creating natural easy-to-read mini contexts (from adding/changing a couple words to several sentences) to relevantly match with existing content when forming link requests (*copywriter skills)
• Collaboration with in-house Guest Blogging department (suggesting relevant client/partner links to insert based on a domain & guest post Title given) (*copywriter skills)
• Searching for new link opportunities and partnerships within specific Marketing social media communities
• Working with Ahrefs: domains checkup & analysis, searching for and identifying powerful keywords based on the client URLs given
• Assistance in managing databases in Airtable
• Performing other position related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous work experience as a Link building Manager/Copywriter

About position

We are interested in sponsored link-building collaboration on a freelance basis. We're looking for someone who could provide us with quality backlinks through link insertions in the existing SaaS domains (so-called “niche edits”).

Responsibilities:

• Searching for link opportunities to suggest to our clients and negotiating placements with editors/webmasters
• Analysis of websites metrics and choosing the suitable domains to suggest to our clients (working with Ahrefs)
• Checking up websites blogs in search for beneficial link insertions for our clients
• Creating natural easy-to-read mini contexts (from adding/changing a couple words to several sentences) to relevantly match with existing content when forming link insert suggestion
