    Hi. I'm new to being an employer. I'm having a difficult time finding people. Where do people who want to work, look for a job?

    This, against all odds, is what I like to call "a stupid question". I don't normally believe that stupid questions exist, but, I also don't believe... that "never" actually happens, either.

    People look for jobs on their devices, so, they can be found on whatever website has jobs. People also still believe in temp agencies, so, they go there, too. People like talking, imagining that someone is actually truly listening, so, while they're out and about, they may actually let it slip that they're looking for a new job; that can happen in a park, or a store, or a strip club, or a bar, or on a bench in a holding cell.

    You can literally look ANYWHERE and find someone who wants a job. Respectfully, though, I don't think that "where do people who want to work look for a job" is the question that you're asking. To me,

    Your question sounds much more like,

    "I need someone to help me run my company so that it can grow and thrive; where is my knowledgeable counterpart?"     more
