At Rokynori, I manage all communications, marketing, and sales activities. I create and oversee content for social media and the blog, and I lead campaigns for new collections, including managing ads on social media, email, and Google. Additionally, I manage the physical store, organizing inventory, sales, and finances. I also oversee the online store, which I helped create on Shopify, handling customer interactions, sales, inventory management, and ensuring smooth operations. Furthermore, I provide customer support and establish contacts with potential new customers.
E-Commerce Manager: Organize and manage all the financial, stocks and sales of the both the physical and online store as well all the costumer support.
