  • Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting & Record Keeping:
  • o Preparation of cash flow reports, general ledger maintenance and preparation of periodical financial/management reports.
  • o Co-ordinate month-end closing, ensure IRA, KRA and other Statutory deadlines are adhered to.
  • o Managing short-term and long-term funds investment schedules.
  • o Preparation of IRA Returns.
  • o Preparation of Bank reconciliations.
  • Financial Reviews:
  • o Review of general payments, claims payments.
  • Auditing: Coordinate the flow of information required during the statutory annual audit and provide the required schedules.
  • Statutory Compliance: Timely preparation and filing of payments of payroll statutory deductions.
  • Management: Assist the finance manager and supervision of treasury and payment section staff.
  • Performance Management: Carry out staff performance evaluation and provide support in advising team leaders in the processes and salary reviews
