About

I’m an Executive Assistant and Project Manager at Sarah Cannon Research Institute, supporting senior leaders across clinical operations and personalized medicine. My work centers on driving operational excellence, culture-building, and strategic alignment. I’m passionate about bridging corporate healthcare operations with community impact—creating programs that educate, empower, and build access for underserved communities. I’ve served as Co-Chair of the Black & African American Colleague Resource Group and SEED Events Co-Chair (Service, Engagement, Education, and Diversity), where I led initiatives that fostered engagement, awareness, and allyship across the organization. Currently pursuing my B.S. in Healthcare Administration & Planning with a minor in Nonprofit Management & Leadership at Tennessee State University, I’m committed to expanding my influence through executive leadership, social innovation, and healthcare equity. I aspire to continue building bridges between corporate strategy and community empowerment—creating meaningful impact wherever leadership and compassion intersect.
