I can completely understand and relate to your frustration. Question, have you plugged in your Resume into AI and asked them to update it so that you... will stand out from other applicants by using keywords that will pass through applicant tracking systems? These keywords suggested in your resume would help you bypass technical roadblocks and allow your resume to be actually seen by the employer. Another thing that has helped me get lots of interviews is copying job discriminations and having AI adjust my resume skillset and experience to highlight what the qualifications that they are looking for. I also use AI to help me prepare for interviews by asking what questions to prepare for and how to present my responses based on my own personal education, background and job history. Since I have been doing this, I have gotten 10 interviews and 2 job offers since the last week of September. Before it was crickets for almost 6 months. Trust me, It works!
