  • I have been working part-time jobs after my first degree with no luck of permanent job, I decided to go back and further my studies but still, I delayed my Masters thesis submission with the fear of...

SEE! That's the dilemma facing people today. No upward path from college.

I am retired from the I.T. field which was known as Scientific Data ... Processing back in the day.

Back then you knew you would get with a company and pull down a salary for several years. You were required to give a certain amount of loyalty in years to the company and they would in turn reward you with a pension.

Because of AI which is disrupting an awful lot of industries, finding that ideal job/position is becoming hard to find.

Also, the loyalty factor among the younger generation is not there as they feel their time is much more valuable then what a potential employer is showing them and rightly so.

While a college degree is nice to have, it is NO LONGER a guarantee to a successful career monetarily.

One must know the pulse and need of the society in which they live and then provide a product or service for it to survive.
