  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Uganda's NGO Act, managing registration, permits, and reporting to the NGO Bureau and relevant ministries.
  • Team Leadership and HR: Recruiting, mentoring, building a strong culture, and effectively managing staff and volunteers, including setting up clear HR policies.
  • Program Oversight: Ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of projects, monitoring progress, and evaluating impact.
