About

Over the years, I’ve successfully led cross-functional teams across diverse industries like automotive, steel, food & beverage, and deep tech. My experience spans both mature markets (Switzerland, France, UK) and emerging ones (South Africa, Morocco, Russia), with roles in multinationals, family-owned businesses, and venture-backed companies. I excel in combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, especially during financial crises and corporate restructurings. I’ve transformed business models, lowered break-even points, and optimized profitability while maintaining transparency with investors. Key achievements include: - FIAT: Supported the launch of the Torino Mirafiori project, becoming the first official dealer for the parent company to sell used cars. Led a €5M restructuring plan of Geneva and Lyon Regions and contributed to the Russian development factory project. ILVA: Boosted sales volumes by 33% through a new go-to-market strategy. ELAH DUFOUR: Reorganized the vending business, securing key clients like Ferrari. BARATTI MILANO: Expanded global sales channels. Currently, as General Manager of e-Novia, I’m leading a turnaround by reducing costs, increasing margins, and overseeing a successful recapitalization, reaffirming my ability to navigate complex challenges in high-tech environments.
