Work experience

Maeti's is a firm dealing with a variety of economic consultancy services.At maeti's I mainly dealt with analyzing business organizations' economic statuses and propose plans to help improve and change their existing programs. It also involved helping businesses and organizations create strategic plans for growth, including market research and forecasting trends in consumer behavior and also preparing reports, presentation and proposals for clients based on data analysis and forecasting models.

Work experience

The role of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission is to conduct or supervise referenda and elections to any elective body or office established by the Constitution, and any other elections as prescribed by an Act of Parliament. I worked with the IEBC as a polling clerk whereby my roles included preparing the polling station for the polling day, verifying the voter’s name and ID in the register, counting and tallying votes, transmitting results electronically to national and constituency tallying centers and also updating the presiding officer on voter turnout and any other emergencies and occurrences in the polling station

Work experience

MIASM is a non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting health and human rights, access to justice, economic empowerment, and good governance for marginalized communities in Kenya. It works in nine counties across Kenya, conducting advocacy, providing mental health and HIV prevention services and also good governance for marginalized communities. I worked as a field officer and together with EMAC another non-governmental organization we worked directly with KP community members, law enforcement, and health care providers to create a safer, more enabling environment for the population to know their rights and access care and mental wellness by being involved in activities that enhanced the capacity of citizens to understand and advocate for their rights, improving violence prevention and response services (including legal support), and expanding access to mental health services.

Work experience

KEMSA is a state agency whose role is to Procure, warehouse and distribute drugs and medical supplies for prescribed public health programs, the national strategic stock reserve, prescribed essential health packages and national referral hospitals.I worked with KEMSA as an attechee whereby I was able to learn on procedures for procuring, warehousing and distribution. I was also involved in activities such as booking invoices and clearing creditors’ payment, reconciling financial statements and also processing standing imprest while in the finance department.

Education

University education that provided me with mathematical, statistical and operational skills which gave me with the ability to apply economic principles and models to problems in business fields such as banking, finance, accounting and in the public sector. I also acquired good computing techniques to undertake complex data analysis in industry and services that drive organizational efficiencies. It also gave me research expertise in systematic inquiry that entails collection of data, analysis and interpretation of that data, in accordance with suitable methodologies employed by various professional fields and academic disciplines.

Education

Secondary education that provided me with a well-rounded education that prepared me for higher education and the workforce. It developed my intellectual, social, and emotional skills, while also fostering critical thinking, creativity, and independence.

Education

Primary education helped me acquire literacy, numeracy, creativity and communication skills, enjoy learning and develop desire to continue learning, develop ability for critical thinking and logical judgment. It also helped me to develop self-expression, self-discipline and self-reliance, while at the same time providing a rounded education experience.
