Marlon’s leadership qualities are already clear. He is currently coaching the middle school rowing group at Newport SeaBase, where he motivates young athletes with patience, encouragement, and a genuine love for the sport. His ability to connect with and guide the next generation shows that he is already well on his way to becoming a remarkable coach in the future.

Outside of rowing, Marlon also works at True Nature Juicery, where he demonstrates the same responsibility, dedication, and positive energy. Whether training, coaching, or working, Marlon consistently leads by example and uplifts those around him."
