"Mark is one of the most ambitious and talented people I have ever known. What he has managed to do with the PACA building is nothing less than remarkable. I have had a studio under his management for over 8 years. In that time I have had all great interactions with him as well as my fellow tenants. I don’t believe anyone else could have accomplished anywhere near what Mark has done to help provide usable space for artists, musicians, and entrepreneurs of every sort. I love the community he has amassed.
