Appointed by Florence Local Authorities to realize European projects concerning social services. All this obviously required an extensive, constant and correct use of computer programmes (including internal specific programmes e.g. Caribel). Participation, as relator, at European meetings regarding social services in Austria, Romania and Turkey and relator all over Italy in many congresses. Collaboration with the University of Padua and the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies to realize the national innovative project “PIPPI -Programma di Intervento per la Prevenzione dell’Istituzionalizzazione” which had as its goal the prevention of institutionalising children. In order to obtain the desired and necessary results, all this work requires continuous communications not only for organisation of the job in general but also with the press. Many campaigns and public relations are one of my first concerns for obtaining a good successful result. Organisation of training courses in favour of professionals specialised in the care and protection of minors (I have recently conceived an innovative course of updating for the colleagues that work on the field with the purpose of promoting the job as a team and sustaining them at a psychological level). This involved organising bringing him to Italy and managing his stay in hospital, surgery, follow-up healthcare and his return to his country through very delicate negotiations with the international, national and local authorities and communities (e.g. ICRC - International Committee of the Red Cross, Embassies, Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defence, Police Forces, the President and the advisors of the U.C.O.I.I. - Union of the Islamic Communities in Italy, Tuscany Regional Government, etc.). The whole business lasted one year, during which I have directed all contacts with the media, assuring a correct reportage which guaranteed the patient’s security as his life was under threat(2009-2010) • Head of team of national valuation of the Italian Red Cross and of the Humanitarian mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo as support for the Italian Red Cross Delegate operating on the field there (the mission was aimed at the construction of a hospital and other local activities) (2011) • Exchange of experts with the Red Crescent of Morocco (2013-2016).All activities required the ability to work as part of a multinational and multidisciplinary team in an international environment and to communicate effectively orally and in writing with experience in liaising with people at all levels.
